摘　　要：随着我国产业发展的不断调整与升级,对应用型创新人才的需求量急剧增加,而应用型创新人才培养是一个复杂的过程,并非是专业知识简单的叠加,而是一个知识不断积累和应用逐渐提升的过程。合肥学院通过指导学生参加企业项目设计及专业竞赛,培养学生灵活运用专业知识,并不断巩固、发展、创新,使学生的专业技术综合应用能力和专业素养不断提升,使教育链、创新型人才链以及产业链三者相互融合、协调发展并取得良好效果。With the continuous adjustment and upgrading of China’s industrial development,the demand for application-oriented innovative talents has increased dramatically.However,the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents is a complex process,which is not a simple accumulation of professional knowledge,but a process of knowledge accumulation and application promotion.By guiding students to participate in enterprise project design and professional competition,Hefei University trains students to use professional knowledge flexibly,and constantly consolidates,develops and innovates students’comprehensive application ability of professional technology and improvement of professional quality,so as to make the education chain,innovative talent chain and industrial chain integrate,coordinate and develop each other,so that in the end good results may be achieved.
