摘 要:目的通过室内药效试验和现场药效测定,筛选出对德国小蠊灭治效果较好的杀蟑毒(胶)饵。方法参照GB/T 13917.7-2009《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第7部分:饵剂》和GB/T 27783-2011《卫生杀虫剂现场药效测定及评价杀蟑毒(胶)饵》进行药效测试。结果室内药效试验表明,2号杀蟑毒饵(2%乙酰甲胺磷+0.5%灭幼脲)的杀灭速度最快,24h杀灭率达到100.00%,显著高于1号(2.15%吡虫啉)、3号(1%毒死蜱)、4号(0.05%氟虫腈)、5号(6 000PIB/g蟑螂病毒)和6号(2%氟蚁腙)杀蟑毒(胶)饵(χ^2值分别为199.74、64.76、63.16、55.38和7.50,P值均<0.05)。6号杀蟑毒(胶)饵42 h杀灭率达到100.00%,其对德国小蠊雄性试虫的杀灭速度较雌性快,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。现场药效测定结果,2号杀蟑毒饵的杀灭率最高,施药后30天达100.00%,1号杀灭率最低,30天杀灭率仅为67.58%,其他4种杀蟑毒(胶)饵施药后30天的杀灭率均达85%以上,现场杀灭效果良好。结论 2%乙酰甲胺磷和0.5%灭幼脲复配的2号杀蟑毒饵对德国小蠊的杀灭效果较好,其次是有效成分为2%氟蚁腙的6号杀蟑胶饵,二者为不同剂型,适用场所不同,可作为灭治德国小蠊首选药物。Objective To select a fairly suitable insecticide for Blattella germanica control through assessing the killing efficiencies of cockroach-killing baits(gel baits) by laboratory and field experiments.Methods The killing efficiencies of six cockroach-killing baits(gel baits) against B.germanica in laboratory were assessed according to the national standards GB/T 17917.7-2009 laboratory efficacy test methods and criteria of public health insecticides for pesticide registration-Part 7:Baits.Field tests were based on the national standards GB/T 27783-2011 field efficacy test methods and criteria of public health insecticides-cockroach-killing baits(gel baits).Results The results of laboratory experiment indicated that the killing efficiency of No.2(2% acephade and 0.5% chlorbenzuron),cockroach-killing bait to B.germanica in 24 h(the killing rate could reach 100%) was significantly higher than that of No.1(2.15% imidacloprid),3(1% chlorpyrifos),4(0.05% fipronil),5(6000 PIB/g PfDNV),6(2% hydramethylnon),(χ^2=199.74,64.76,63.16,55.38 and 7.50 respectivlily,P<0.05),followed by No.6,the killing rate of which could reach 100.00% in 42 h.All of the six cockroach-killing baits(gel baits) had more rapid killing effects against male worms than that against female worms,but there were no significant differences between the killing efficiencies against male worms and female worms(P>0.05).After applied for 30 days,the No.2 cockroach-killing bait showed the highest killing rate(reached 100%) among the 6 cockroach-killing baits,and No.1 cockroach-killing bait showed the lowest killing rate(67.58%).The other four cockroach-killing baits(gel baits) also showed considerable killing effects to B.germanica in field experiment,the killing rates of which all exceed 85%.Conclusion Among the 6 cockroach-killing baits(gel baits),the killing efficiency of No.2,which contained 2% acephade and 0.5% chlorbenzuron,is better,followed by No.6,which contained 2% hydramethylnon.Collectively,No.2 and No.6 cockroach-killing baits,which are synthesized
