摘　　要：目的全面了解吉林省地市、县区级疾控机构实验室仪器设备状况,为推动全省疾控体系的健全和完善奠定基础。方法调查2016—2018年吉林省共61个疾控机构(9个地市级和52个县区级疾控机构)实验室设备情况,收集的数据采用Excel整理汇总,分析各基层疾控机构A、B、C三类设备装备情况。结果截至2018年,地市级疾控机构A类设备平均配备率为83.15%,县区级疾控机构A类设备平均配备率为75.18%,地市级疾控机构设备平均配备率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.329,P<0.05),县区级疾控机构中设备平均配备率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.232,P<0.05),各基层疾控机构满足日常检验工作所需设备配备情况略有提升。结论通过各级财政经费的不断投入,基层疾控机构实验室设备设施日益完善,设备配备情况有所提高,从而进一步推动和完成全省疾控系统实验室能力建设目标。Objective To comprehensively understand the status of laboratory equipment in disease control institutions in Jilin, so as to lay the foundation for the improvement of the disease control system in Jilin.Methods A total of 61 centers for disease control and prevention(including 9 prefecture-level and 52 county-level centers for disease control and prevention) in Jilin from 2016 to 2018 were surveyed.The collected data were collected by Excel,and the equipment conditions of A,B and C types of basic centers for disease control and prevention were analyzed.Results By 2018,the average allocation rate of class A equipment in prefecture-level centers for disease control institutions was 83.15%.Class A equipment success rate was 75.18% on average in county 1 district disease control institutions,from 2016 to 2018,municipal CDC equipment success rate had differences statistically significant(χ^2=7.329,P<0.05),county district CDC in success rate differences statistically significant average equipment(χ^2=6.232,P<0.05).The basic level of disease control institutions to meet the needs of daily inspection equipment slightly improved.Conclusion Through the continuous input of financial funds at all levels,the laboratory equipment and facilities of grass-roots disease control institutions have been improved day by day,and the equipment equipment has been improved,so as to further promote and complete the goal of provincial disease control system laboratory capacity building.
