浅谈浅山区生产建设活动对水土资源破坏的防治与管控

摘　　要：浅山区水土流失不仅危害农业,还会带来一系列的社会和环境问题。本文主要分析浅山区水土流失成因,并以潭柘寺镇定向安置房项目为例,从防洪安全设计、水土保持设施竖向设计、土石方平衡设计、雨水控制与利用措施设计、水土保持措施设计等角度阐述浅山区生产建设活动对水土资源破坏的防治与管控,以期更好地缓解浅山区水土流失现象,提升生态环境。Soil erosion in shallow mountain areas not only harms agriculture,but also brings a series of social and environmental problems.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of water and soil loss in shallow mountain areas,and taking Tanzhe Temple Calming Resettlement Housing Project as an example,expounding the prevention and control of water and soil resources destruction caused by production and construction activities in shallow mountain areas from the angles of flood control safety design,vertical design of water and soil conservation facilities,earth and stone balance design,rainwater control and utilization measures design,and water and soil conservation measures design,so as to better alleviate water and soil loss in shallow mountain areas and improve ecological environment.
