摘　　要：目的:编制中老年人膝关节不适症状自评量表并进行信度、效度检验。方法:根据文献研究、半结构访谈、专家咨询及小组会议的结果,初步拟定量表条目池,通过2轮专家函询形成量表初稿,采用量表初稿对长沙市某社区≥45岁的528名中老年人进行调查后形成正式量表,测定量表的信度、效度。结果:中老年人膝关节不适症状自评量表包括21个条目,探索性因子分析并结合专业知识解释,提取2个公因子,累积方差贡献率为64.983%,2个维度命名为自觉症状与自查表现,验证性因子分析显示拟合指数χ^2、df、χ^2/df、RMSEA、CFI、GFI、AGFI、NFI、IFI、TLI分别为729.238、188、3.879、0.098、0.888、0.781、0.730、0.855、0.888、0.875;量表的I-CVI为0.777~1.000、S-CVI/Ave为0.891;各维度得分与总分的相关性系数为0.707~0.980;总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.949、分半信度为0.888、重测信度为0.914。结论:编制的中老年人膝关节不适症状自评量表具有良好的信度、效度,可用于我国中老年人膝关节不适症状的现状调查。Objective:To develop a self-rated scale for knee joint unpleasant symptoms and test its reliability and validity among middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:According to the result of literature review,semi-structured interviews,experts consultations and group meetings,a item pool was established,and the first draft of the scale was developed after two rounds of experts consultations.The scale was administered among 528 middle-aged and elderly people aged≥45 in Changsha.The reliability and validity of the scale was analyzed by using SPSS 20.0.Results:The self-ratedscale of knee unpleasant in middle-aged and elderly people included 21 items.The results of theexploratory factor analysis indicated two factors,named self-conscious symptoms and self-examination performance,explaining 64.983%of the cumulative variance.The result of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indexχ^2,df,χ^2/df,RMSEA,CFI,GFI,AGFI,NFI,IFI,TLI were 729.238,188,3.879,0.098,0.888,0.781,0.730,0.855,0.888,0.875,respectively.The I-CVI of the scale was 0.777-1.000,S-CVI/Ave was 0.891.the correlation coefficient between the score of each dimension score and the total scale was 0.707-0.980.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.949,split-half reliability was 0.888 and the test-retest reliability was 0.914.Conclusion:The self-rated Scale for Knee Joint Unpleasant Symptoms has good reliability and validity in middle-aged and elderly people,which can be applied to investigate the unpleasant symptoms of knee joint in middle-aged and elderly people in China.
