摘　　要：目的:探讨10%的氯化钠液在腹部切口感染清创期中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年12月本院伤口门诊收治的腹部感染伤口患者235例,按目的:抽样法分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用0.9%的氯化钠溶液纱条填塞,试验组采用10%的氯化钠液纱条填塞。比较两组伤口渗液、伤口气味、肉芽水肿、疼痛评分、清创次数、治疗费用、患者满意度等情况。结论:两组伤口渗液、伤口异味、肉芽水肿、清创时间、治疗费用及满意度等方面比较差异显著(P<0.05),而在清创期间的疼痛评分比较差异性不明显(P>0.05)。结论:10%的氯化钠液应用于腹部感染伤口清创期可有效抑制细菌生长,使伤口渗液减少、伤口异味减轻,可提高患者的舒适感;高渗环境能减轻肉芽水肿、促进创面修复、缩短治疗时间从而可减轻患者经济负担,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of 10%sodium chloride solution in the debridement period of abdominal incision infection.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,235 patients with abdominal infection wounds admitted to the wound clinic of our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and a test group according to the objective sampling method.The control group was packed with saline gauze,and the test group was packed with 10%sodium chloride liquid gauze.The wound exudate,wound odor,granulation edema,pain score,debridement frequency,treatment cost,patient satisfaction and so on were compared between the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in wound exudate,wound odor,granulation edema,debridement time,treatment cost and satisfaction(P<0.05),but the difference in pain score during debridement was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of 10%sodium chloride solution in the debridement period of abdominal infection wounds can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria,reduce wound exudate,reduce wound odor,and improve patient comfort;hypertonic environment can reduce granulation edema and promote wound repair 1.Shorten the treatment time to reduce the patient's financial burden and improve patient satisfaction.
