急救护理路径在鼻出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析急救护理路径在鼻出血患者中的应用效果。方法:对本次研究纳入的100例患者进行分组,一组为对照组,一组为研究组,各50例,所有鼻出血患者均于2018年3月至2019年5月收治。对对照组50例鼻出血患者实施常规护理干预,对研究组50例鼻出血患者实施急救护理路径,从两组患者止血有效率、护理满意度、急救时间与住院时间入手,分析不同护理方式的应用效果,其中止血有效率分为显效、有效、无效、总体有效率4个分支指标,护理满意度分为满意、一般、不满意、总满意度4个分支指标。结果:经研究发现,研究组患者的止血有效率高于对照组患者,差异显著,具备统计学价值;对照组患者的护理满意度低于研究组,差异具有统计学意义;研究组患者的急救时间与住院时间均短于对照组患者,差异具备统计学价值。结论:急救护理路径在鼻出血患者中具有良好的应用效果,可提升止血有效率及患者满意度,同时能减少患者的急救、住院时间,间接缓解患者及其家属的经济压力。Objective:To analyze the application effect of emergency nursing pathway in patients with epistaxis.Methods:100 cases of epistaxis were divided into two groups:control group and study group,50 cases in each group.All cases of epistaxis were treated from March 2018 to May 2019.Routine nursing intervention was applied to 50 patients with epistaxis in the control group and emergency nursing path was applied to 50 patients with epistaxis in the study group.The application effects of different nursing methods were analyzed from the hemostasis efficiency,nursing satisfaction,first aid time and hospitalization time of the two groups.The hemostasis effectiveness was obvious,effective and ineffective.The overall effectiveness of the four sub-indicators,nursing satisfaction is divided into satisfaction,general,unsatisfactory,total satisfaction of the four sub-indicators.Results:The study found that the hemostasis efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference and statistical value;the nursing satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the study group,with statistical significance;the first aid time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical value.Conclusion:Emergency nursing pathway has a good application effect in patients with epistaxis.It can improve the hemostasis efficiency and patient satisfaction,reduce the first aid and hospitalization time of patients,indirectly alleviate the economic pressure of patients and their families.
