摘　　要：目的检测PI3K和MMP-9在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)组织中的表达及意义。方法选取2017年9月~2019年6月在潍坊医学院附属医院住院治疗的EMs患者异位内膜45例(异位内膜组)、在位内膜36例(在位内膜组)。正常内膜43例作为正常子宫内膜组。采用免疫组化法及半定量分析法分别检测PI3K,MMP-9在3组中的表达,采用Pearson相关分析分析PI3K和MMP-9在3组中表达的相关性。结果PI3K,MMP-9在异位内膜组中的表达高于在位内膜组,在位内膜组的表达高于正常子宫内膜组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。异位内膜组和在位内膜组中PI3K和MMP-9在分泌期的表达高于增生期,差异有显著性(P<0.05),正常子宫内膜组中MMP-9和PI3K在分泌期和增生期的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。异位内膜组和在位内膜组中PI3K与MMP-9呈正相关(P<0.05),正常子宫内膜组中MMP-9和PI3K之间无明显相关性。结论PI3K和MMP-9在EMs异位内膜和在位内膜组中高表达,且呈正相关,提示二者在EMs的发生发展中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3 K)and matrix metalloproteinasas-9(MMP-9)in endometriosis tissuse.Methods Forty-five cases of ectopic endometrium and 36 cases of eutopic endometrium were selected as experimental group,Forty-five patients with ectopic endometrium(ectopic endometrium group)and 36 patients with eutopic endometrium(ectopic endometrium group)who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from September 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled.Forty-three cases of normal endometrium were regarded as normal endometrium group.Immunohistochemical assay and semi-quanti-fied histologic score were used to detect the expression levels of PI3 K and MMP-9.Conduct Pearson correlation analysis of PI3 K and MMP-9 expression among three groups.Results The expression of PI3 K and MMP-9 in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than in the other groups(P<0.05),and eutopic group is higher than normal endometrium group(P<0.05).In ectopic group and eutopic group,the expression of PI3 K and MMP-9 in secretory phase was higher than that in proliferative phase(P<0.05);in experimental group,the expression of PI3 K and MMP-9 in secretory phase and proliferative phase have no significant difference.PI3 K and MMP-9 were positively correlated with each other in ectopic group and eutopic group(P<0.05);PI3 K and MMP-9 were uncorrelated with each other in experimental group.Conclusion PI3 K and MMP-9 are highly expressed in the ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium,and are positively correlated,which suggesting that the two play an important role in the occurrence and development of EMs.PI3 K and MMP-9 are positively correlated indicators and are highly expressed in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of EMs,which play an important role in the pathogenesis of EMs.
