摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达与不明原因反复胚胎种植失败(RIF)的关系。方法选择不明原因反复胚胎种植失败的患者23例作为实验组,于月经期1~2d行子宫内膜活检;既往曾于月经期1~2d行子宫内膜活检且现已妊娠超过3个月的患者22例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法观察ER,PR在两组子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,分析其与胚胎种植的关系。结果ER表达实验组高于对照组,差异有显著性(P=0.044);PR表达实验组低于对照组,但差异无显著性(P=0.114);ER/PR实验组明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P=0.021);实验组ER与PR有相关性,对照组无相关性。结论ER,PR的表达与不明原因反复胚胎着床失败的发生有一定关系,ER与PR的表达比例失调影响胚胎种植。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and recurrent embryo implantation failure(RIF)for unknown reasons.Methods Twenty-three patients with repeated failed embryo implantation were selected as the experimental group,and endometrial biopsy was performed 1~2 days after menstruation.The control group included 22 patients who had undergone endometrial biopsy 1~2 days prior to menstruation and were now more than 3 months pregnant.Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expressions of ER and PR in the endometrial tissues of the two groups and analyze the relationship between ER and embryo implantation.Results The expressionof ER in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).PR expression in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.114).The ER/PR in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P=0.021).There was correlation between ER and PR in the experimental group,but not in the control group.Conclusion The expression of ER and PR is related to the occurrence of repeated embryo implantation failure,the imbalance of the expression ratio of ER and PR will affect the embryo implantation.
