摘 要:目的为医用电子直线加速器建设项目提供优化的屏蔽设计方案,使之在可合理达到的尽量低水平(ALARA原则),避免过度防护。方法选取2017年广东省某医院电子加速器建设项目作为评价对象,利用十分之一值层厚度法(TVL)分别估算医用电子直线加速器机房屏蔽墙屏蔽防护和距离防护与剂量率的关系及防护门屏蔽设计,为医用电子直线加速器建设项目提供屏蔽设计方案。结果屏蔽设计方案确定为:机房屏蔽墙的主、副和次屏蔽墙外30 cm处与等中心点距离分别为8.0、7.5和5.5 m,屏蔽厚度分别为3100、1500和1600 mm混凝土,防护门为18 mm铅板+100 mm含硼聚乙烯板。结论在考虑到社会代价和经济利益等因素的条件下,采用屏蔽设计优化方案,使医用电子直线加速器建设项目满足辐射防护要求,又满足资源利用最大化,防止屏蔽过度,对辐射防护的发展有重要意义。Objective To provide the optimized shielding design soukutionbs for medical electronic linear accelerator construction project in order to make them as low as reasonably achievable(ALARA principle)to avoid excessive protection.Methods The electronic accelerator construction project of a hospital in Guangdong Province in 2017 was selected as the evaluation object.The relationship between the shielding protection of the shielding wall and distance protection of the medical electronic linear accelerator room and the dose rate and the shielding design of the shielding door were estimated by the tenth value layer thickness method(TVL)to provide shielding design solutions for medical electronic linear accelerator construction projects.Results The shielding design plan was determined as follows:the distance between the primary,secondary and secondary shielding walls of the machine room shielding wall 30 cm away from the isocenter was 8.0,7.5 and 5.5 m,and the shielding thickness was 3100,1500 and 1600 mm concrete,respectively.The protective door was 18 mm lead plate+100 mm boroncontaining polyethylene plate.Conclusion Taking into account the social costs and economic benefits,the use of shielding design optimization schemes to make medical electronic linear accelerator construction projects meet radiation protection requirements,maximize resource utilization,and prevent excessive shielding is important for the development of radiation protection.
