摘 要:目的了解江苏省盐城医学生的健康素养水平,探讨健康素养的影响因素,为制定适合于医学生的健康教育干预重点及策略提供依据。方法采用2018年卫生健康委员会编制的《中国居民健康素养调查问卷》,在个人信息部分适当改编,包括3个维度,6类问题,对盐城市某医学院校1300人进行问卷调查。结果本次调查盐城市医学生健康素养总得分为56.35±6.76,具备率为48.07%。其中临床医学、预防医学和药学专业健康素养具备率分别为53.80%、50.58%和44.08%,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。基本知识与理念、健康生活方式和行为、健康素养基本技能的具备率分别为49.93%、39.29%和59.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学校的医学专业教育对健康素养具有提升作用,但专业之间存在不均衡现象,学校可加强健康素养通识教育,提高全体医学生的健康素养水平。Objective To understand the health literacy level of medical students in Yancheng of Jiangsu Province,discuss the influencing factors of health literacy,and provide the basis for making the key points and strategies of health education for medical students.Methods The questionnaire on Chinese residents’health literacy,which was compiled by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China in 2018,was appropriately adapted in the part of personal information,including three dimensions and six categories of questions.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1300 people from a medical college in Yancheng.Results The overall score of health literacy of medical students in Yancheng was 56.35±6.76,with the possession rate of 48.07%.Among them,the possession rate of health literacy of clinical medicine,preventive medicine,pharmacy was 53.80%,50.58%and 44.08%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The possession rate of basic knowledge and ideas,healthy lifestyle and behavior,basic skills of health literacy was 49.93%,39.29%and59.15%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical education in schools can improve health literacy,but there is imbalance between different majors.Colleges can strengthen health literacy general education and improve the health literacy level of all medical students.
