摘　　要：目的描绘国内静脉血栓栓塞症护理研究的发展现状和演变规律,揭示研究热点及前沿。方法检索中国知网和万方数据库自建库至2019年,以"静脉血栓栓塞症"和"护理"为主题的期刊文献,借助CiteSpace软件对其进行文献计量和聚类分析。结果静脉血栓栓塞症护理研究发文量整体呈增长趋势,静脉血栓栓塞症护理研究的方向涉及到高危人群识别和开展预防护理2个方面。其中老年人、关节置换术后患者、恶性肿瘤患者、PICC置管后患者一直是静脉血栓栓塞症预防的研究热点。结论静脉血栓栓塞症护理作为一个专科护理方向正逐渐受到越来越多护理人员的重视与关注。未来研究可探讨有效方法提高护士静脉血栓栓塞症预防知识,制订干预方案,促进"无缺陷"静脉血栓栓塞预防的实现。Objective To describe the development and evolution of venous thromboembolism(VTE) nursing research in China,and to reveal research hotspots and frontiers. Methods Journal articles from CNKI and WanFang Database from the inception to 2019 were searched and retrieved with keywords of venous thromboembolism and nursing. CiteSpace software was used for the bibliometric and cluster analysis. Results The volume of papers issued in the nursing research of VTE is on the whole increasing trend. The direction of VTE nursing research in-volves the identification of high-risk groups and the development of nursing preventive measures. Among them,the elderly,the patients after joint replacement,the patients with malignant tumor and the patients after PICC catheterization have always been the research focus of the prevention of VTE. Conclusion As one of the specialized nursing direction,the nursing care of patients with VTE has been given more attention. Future research can explore effective methods in order to improve nurses’ knowledge for prevention of VTE,and develop intervention programs to promote the "flawless" VTE prevention.
