摘　　要：目的对比单纯鼾症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者睡眠期间血气指标以及睡眠生活质量方面的差异。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月于我院就诊的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(A组)患者38例以及单纯鼾症(B组)患者45例作为研究对象,另选取50例体检健康人员作为对照组。对比各组患者血气及呼吸指标以及睡眠、生活质量方面的差异。结果三组睡眠期间AHI以及SaO2水平比较存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中A组AHI明显高于B组与对照组(P<0.05);A组与B组患者主要以浅睡眠为主,对照组则以深睡眠为主,三组睡眠质量综合评分比较存在显著差异,并且A组浅睡眠明显高于B组(P<0.05),A组生活质量各维度评分均明显低于B组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论单纯鼾症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者睡眠期间血气指标存在明显差异,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者表现为AHI的明显升高以及SaO2水平明显降低,患者睡眠质量、生活质量低下,临床应重视二者的鉴别与治疗。Objective To compare the differences in blood gas indexes and sleep quality of life between patients with simple snoring and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,38 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (group A) and 45 patients with simple snoring (group B) were selected as the research objects Fifty health check-ups were used as the control group.Compare the differences of blood gas and breathing indexes,sleep and quality of life among the patients in each group.Results There were significant differences in the levels of AHI and SaO2 during sleep between the three groups (P<0.05).The AHI in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and the control group (P<0.05);the patients in groups A and B were mainly light sleep.The control group was dominated by deep sleep.There was a significant difference in the comprehensive sleep quality scores of the three groups.The light sleep of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in group A were significantly lower than those of group B (P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion There is a significant difference in blood gas indexes during sleep between patients with simple snoring and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome show a significant increase in AHI and a significant decrease in SaO2 level,and the sleep quality of patients 1.The quality of life is low,and clinical identification and treatment should be emphasized.
