探讨孟鲁司特钠同步布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎并支气管哮喘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠同步布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机数字法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组40例采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组40例则在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组变应性鼻炎、哮喘治疗效果及对炎性因子指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组SaO2、PaO2、FVC、FEV1指标比较无显著差异,治疗后观察组呼吸功能指标改善效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-4、IL-5、IL-9水平改善效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用孟鲁司特钠同步布地奈德吸入治疗变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘疗效显著,可显著改善患者肺功能及炎性反应指标,具有临床应用及推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium and budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Random number method was used to divide them into observation group and control group,40 cases in control group were treated with budesonide inhalation,40 cases in observation group were treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of control group The treatment effect of allergic rhinitis and asthma and the change of inflammatory factor index.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the indexes of SaO2,PaO2,FVC,and FEV1 between the two groups before treatment.Group (P<0.05);the improvement effect of IL-4,IL-5,IL-9 levels in the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of montelukast sodium and budesonide inhalation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with bronchial asthma has a significant effect,can significantly improve the patient’s lung function and inflammatory response indicators,and has clinical application and promotion value.
