摘　　要：目的总结耳后嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿的治疗及护理。方法术前完善化验检查,双侧耳后肿物手术切除后送病检明确诊断,术后饮食、切口、疼痛及舒适的护理。结果该患者耳后肿物行手术切除,预防感染,无并发症发生,配合优质护理,痊愈出院。结论病理检查是诊断的主要依据,术后护理也是患者痊愈必不可少的重要措施。Objective To summarize the treatment and nursing of eosinophilic lymphogranuloma after ear.Methods Preoperative laboratory examination was completed,bilateral retroauricular mass was removed by surgical examination for definite diagnosis,postoperative diet,incision,pain and comfort care were provided.Results The patient underwent surgical resection of the tumor behind the ear to prevent infection,without complications,and was cured and discharged with high-quality nursing.Conclusion Pathological examination is the main basis for diagnosis,and postoperative care is an essential measure for patients to recover.
