摘 要:选取我国2006-2015年21个工业行业面板数据,从行业异质性视角,实证分析环境规制强度对FDI技术创新溢出效应的影响,实证结果表明:在清洁行业中,FDI前向技术溢出可以促进企业技术创新能力的提高;而在污染密集行业中,FDI后向和水平技术溢出可以促进企业技术创新能力的提高,不论是清洁行业还是污染密集行业环境规制强度均会促进FDI技术溢出效应,进一步研究表明提高环境规制会影响FDI技术溢出效应,但在清洁行业和污染密集行业中存在差异性。This paper selects the panel data of 21 industrial sectors from 2006 to 2015 in China,and empirically analyzes the impact of environmental regulation intensity on the spillover effect of FDI technology innovation from the perspective of industry heterogeneity.The empirical results show that in the cleaning industry,FDI forward technology spillovers It can promote the improvement of technological innovation capability of enterprises;in the pollution-intensive industries,the backward and horizontal technology spillover of FDI can promote the improvement of technological innovation capability of enterprises,and the environmental regulation intensity of both clean industry and pollution-intensive industries will promote the spillover effect of FDI technology.Further research indicates that improving environmental regulation will affect FDI technology spillover effects,but there are differences in the cleaning industry and pollution-intensive industries.
