摘  要:几种类水滑石吸附结果对比发现,经400℃焙烧的淀粉类水滑石(D-Mg/Al-HTC400)可同时去除水中磷酸根和硬度,因此,利用D-Mg/Al-HTC400作为吸附剂完成后续实验研究。考察吸附剂投加量、温度、反应时间对磷酸根离子和硬度吸附率的影响,并分别利用伪一级、伪二级和层间扩散模型对磷酸根离子和硬度吸附过程进行动力学拟合。结果表明:在吸附剂投加量为6 g/L时,其在4 h内对初始浓度为20 mg/L磷酸根离子和500 mg/L硬度的吸附率分别达到96.5%和45.9%;随着温度升高,吸附磷酸根和硬度的反应速率加快;磷酸根的吸附过程以化学反应为主,活化能为37.74 kJ/mol,硬度的吸附过程随着温度升高由以物理反应为主转向以化学反应为主,活化能为160.82 kJ/mol。The comparison results of the adsorption of several hydrotalcite-like found that the starch hydrotalcite calcined at 400℃(D-Mg/Al-HTC400)could remove phosphate and hardness simultaneously.Therefore,D-Mg/Al-HTC400 was used as an adsorbent to complete subsequent experimental research.The effects of adsorbent dosage,temperature and reaction time on phosphate ion and hardness adsorption rate were investigated,kinetic fitting of phosphate ion and hardness adsorption process using pseudo first-order,pseudo-secondary and inter-layer diffusion models,respectively.The result showed that when the dosage of adsorbent was 6g/L,the adsorption rate of 20 mg/L phosphate ion and 500 mg/L hardness reached 96.5%and 45.9%respectively within 4 h.As the temperature increased,the reaction rate of adsorbing phosphate and hardness increased.The adsorption process of phosphate was mainly chemical reaction,and the activation energy was 37.74 kJ/mol.The adsorption process of hardness changed from physical reaction to chemical reaction with increasing temperature,and the activation energy was 160.82 kJ/mol.
