基于文化育人理念的高校思想政治教育工作方法研究

摘　　要：文章从提升高校学生综合素养、构建优质校园文化环境以及强化思想政治教育质量三个角度入手,分析基于文化育人理念的高校思想政治教育工作目标;围绕引入多元文化、创新工作方式以及优化环境资源三个方面,提出基于文化育人理念的高校思想政治教育工作方法。This paper analyzes the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the concept of cultural education from three aspects:improving the comprehensive quality of college students,building a high-quality campus cultural environment and strengthening the quality of ideological and political education.Centering on the introduction of multi-culture,innovation of working methods and optimization of environmental resources,this paper puts forward the work method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the concept of cultural education.
