摘 要:梳理和介绍了美国全球定位系统、俄罗斯格洛纳斯、欧洲伽利略、日本准天顶卫星系统、印度导航星座等主要卫星导航系统的建设现状、在轨星座卫星、实测性能以及最新进展,系统分析了各系统主要的技术特点和发展策略。当前,四大全球卫星导航系统和两个区域卫星导航系统均已提供全球或区域定位导航授时服务,北斗全球系统星座部署也圆满成功。各卫星导航系统在保证稳定运行提升服务性能的同时,都在积极谋划后续系统升级换代,实施新技术、新体系的规划部署和在轨验证,全球卫星导航系统新一轮竞合态势逐渐显现。文章重点从高性能服务、弹性对抗、多功能聚合、兼容互操作等方面,综合论述国际卫星导航系统的发展趋势和前景,为我国下一代北斗系统论证研究和建设发展提出了建议。This paper introduces the current status, measured performance, constellation on orbit and latest development of satellite navigation systems in the world, such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and NavIC. Corresponding technical characteristics and development strategies are also systematically analyzed. At present, four global satellite navigation systems and two regional satellite navigation systems have provided global or regional positioning, navigation and timing(PNT) services and Beidou global system constellation deployment have also been successful. While ensuring stable operation and improving service performance, all major satellite navigation systems are actively planning for subsequent system upgrades, implementing the deployment and on-orbit verification of new technologies and systems. A new round of competition regarding to the global satellite navigation systems gradually appear. This paper comprehensively discusses the development trend of GNSS from aspects of high-performance services, resilience and countermeasure, multi-functional integration, compatibility and interoperability, and then puts forward suggestions for the research and subsequent development of BeiDou Navigation Satellite System.
