摘 要:目前航天器设计需求越来越复杂,参与设计方接口越来越多,导致传统的依靠独立串行、手工撰写方式完成的航天器信息流设计方法无法满足现代航天器设计要求。为此,文章提出基于网络的信息流数字化协同设计系统架构。通过在多个领域航天器建造过程中的推广应用表明:该方法能够有效提升航天器研制效率,在保证质量的同时减少研制成本,其实现方法和经验可为同类复杂、现代化工业制造系统的跨网络协同设计提供参考。At present, the design requirements of spacecraft are becoming more and more complicated, and a wide variety of different kinds of interfaces are introduced. As a result, the conventional spacecraft information flow design methods that rely on serial and manual writing methods cannot meet the requirements of modern spacecraft manufacturing. To solve these problems, the paper proposes a network based information flow digital collaborative design method. Through promotion and application in multi-domain spacecraft manufacturing, it has been proved that the method can effectively improve the development efficiency and reduce the development cost while ensuring the quality of the spacecraft. The method and experience introduced may provide useful references for similar complex modern industrial manufacturing activities based on the cross-network collaborative design.
