摘  要:针对现有小卫星CAN总线通信能力无法满足大规模星载软件在轨重构需求,文章在剖析高传输速率灵活可变数据率控制局域网络(CAN FD)总线技术特点后,提出了适用于小卫星软件在轨重构的新一代CAN FD总线技术应用方法,设计了卫星数据模型(SDM)、总线动态数据实时管理协议,进行了小卫星CAN FD总线架构设计,以及基于小卫星即插即用技术、静动态信息融合的CAN FD总线时序设计,解决了传统CAN总线协议无法适用于小卫星即插即用、高传输速率下总线通信时间占用率过高的瓶颈问题;通过设计CAN FD总线节点,对星载星务主机与下位机之间CAN FD总线通信进行了测试验证,结果表明:CAN FD总线通信协议很好地支持节点的即插即用,通信速率可以达到5 Mbit/s,满足小卫星星载软件的重构需求,可为后续小卫星工程应用提供参考。In terms of that the existing small satellite CAN bus communication capacity cannot meet the requirements of large-scale onboard software refactoring, by analyzing the characteristics of flexibly variable data-rate control local area network bus technology, this paper proposes a new generation of CAN FD bus application method for small satellite, and designs the satellite data model(SDM) as well as the dynamic data management protocol. The CAN FD bus architecture, the CAN FD timing based on the plug and play technology, as well as the static and dynamic information fusion technology are designed, which solves the bottleneck problem that the traditional CAN bus protocol is not suitable for plug and play and the bus communication occupancy rate is too high under high data rate. Through the design of CAN FD node, test for bus communication between the satellite host and the slave computer is carried out. The test results show that: CAN FD bus communication protocol supports node plug and play, and the data rate can reach 5 Mbit/s, which can meet the requirements of small satellite on-board software refactoring, providing reference for subsequent small satellite engineering application.
