摘　　要：院外心搏骤停(OHCA)救治一直是困扰全球的医学挑战,及早识别与启动生存链与患者预后相关。2020年3月,美国心脏协会(AHA)在总结以往研究的基础上发布了远程通讯心肺复苏术(T-CPR)指南,详细介绍了T-CPR的具体流程、标准及注意事项。为帮助国内医生更好地了解T-CPR,为我国OHCA的急救提供参考,本文对该指南进行了摘译与解读。Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA)is a global medical challenge.Early case recognition and initiating the chain of survival is associated with good prognosis of these patients.On the basis of former research,American Heart Association(AHA)published a policy statement related to telecommunicator cardiopulmonary resuscitation(T-CPR)in March 2020,and introduced its specific procedures,standards and precautions.To assist Chinese doctors in better understanding of the T-CPR,and give a reference for the emergency curing of OHCA,the guideline was translated and interpreted in this paper.
