摘 要:目的探讨联合检测降钙素原、白细胞计数、心肌酶在小儿细菌性肺炎诊断价值及临床意义。方法选取2016年7月—2017年12月本院收治的肺炎患儿110例,以及同期来院进行健康体检的55例健康儿童作为对照,根据感染情况分为非细菌性肺炎组53例、细菌性肺炎组57例、对照组55例,比较三组清降钙素原、外周血白细胞和心肌酶相关情况。结果细菌性肺炎组患儿血清降钙素原、外周血白细胞指标都高于非细菌性肺炎组和对照组的水平(P<0.05),细菌性肺炎组患者的心肌酶指标与对照组、非细菌性肺炎组存在差异(P<0.05)。PCT、WBC和心肌酶呈正相关(P<0.05),细菌性肺炎组血清降钙素原、外周血白细胞和心肌酶联合检测灵敏性较高(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清降钙素原、白细胞和心肌酶在小儿细菌性肺炎诊断中具有较高的临床价值和意义。Objective To investigate the value and clinical significance of combined detection of procalcitonin,white blood cell count and myocardial enzymes in the diagnosis and treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children.Methods From July 2016 to December 2017,110 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital were used as research object,during the period and 55 children who were hospitalized for physical examination during the same period were used as controls according to the infection,53 cases were classified as non-bacterial pneumonia and were bacterial.57 cases of pneumonia group and 55 cases of control group,three groups of procalcitonin,peripheral white blood cells and myocardial enzymes were compared.Results The serum levels of procalcitonin and peripheral white blood cells in the bacterial pneumonia group were significantly higher than those in the non-bacterial pneumonia group and the control group(P<0.05).Myocardial enzymes indexes in the bacterial pneumonia group was different from that in the control group and the non-bacterial pneumonia group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between PCT,WBC and myocardial enzymes(P<0.05).The combined detection of serum procalcitonin,peripheral blood leukocytes and myocardial enzymes in bacterial pneumonia group has high sensitivity(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of serum procalcitonin,white blood cells and myocardial enzymes has a high clinical value and significance in the diagnosis of pediatric bacterial pneumonia.
