宫腔球囊填塞治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔球囊填塞治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效。方法选择我院100例2015年2月—2018年1月前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血产妇。按不同的治疗方法分组,宫腔塞纱治疗组对前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者采取宫腔塞纱治疗,宫腔球囊填塞治疗组对前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者采取宫腔球囊填塞治疗。比较两组干预效果;术中的平均出血量、手术后两小时的出血量、手术后24小时的出血量;治疗前后产妇HGB监测水平、平均心率HR监测水平;不良反应。结果宫腔球囊填塞治疗组干预效果、术中的平均出血量、手术后两小时的出血量、手术后24小时的出血量、HGB监测水平、平均心率HR监测水平相比较宫腔塞纱治疗组更好,P<0.05。宫腔球囊填塞治疗组和宫腔塞纱治疗组不良反应相似,P>0.05。结论宫腔球囊填塞治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床价值高,可有效减少术中和术后的出血量,并维持产妇生命体征稳定,无不良事件发生,有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of uterine balloon packing in the treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods 100 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2018 were selected.According to different treatment methods.The patients with cesarean section hemorrhage of placenta previa received uterine cavity gauze treatment in the uterine cavity treatment group,and the patients with cesarean section hemorrhage of placenta previa received uterine cavity balloon packing treatment in the uterine cavity treatment group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.The average amount of blood loss during the operation,the amount of blood loss two hours after the operation,and the amount of blood loss 24 hours after the operation;Before and after treatment,maternal HGB monitoring level,average heart rate HR monitoring level;Adverse reactions.Results The intervention effect,intraoperative average blood loss,postoperative blood loss 2 hours,postoperative blood loss 24 hours,HGB monitoring level and HR monitoring level of average heart rate were better in the uterine balloon tampering group,P<0.05.The adverse reactions were similar in the treatment group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of uterine balloon packing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa after cesarean section is high,which can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss during and after operation,and maintain the stability of maternal vital signs without obvious adverse events.
