地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的效果。方法纳入的研究对象为该院2017年9月—2019年9月选取的40例骨髓增生异常综合征患者,采用抽签分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用地西他滨治疗,对照组采用高三尖杉酯碱联合阿糖胞苷治疗,对比两组疾病控制有效率、血常规变化情况。结果观察组疾病控制有效患者16例(80.00%),显著多于对照组9例(45.00%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的血常规水平经SPSS 20.0软件系统分析显示均得以显著改善,且与对照组比较,观察组血红蛋白水平及血小板计数提升更显著,白细胞水平下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论针对骨髓增生异常综合征患者,采用地西他滨治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of desitabine in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome.Methods 40 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome selected from September 2017 to September 2019 were included in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots.The observation group was treated with descitabine,and the control group was treated with cytarabine and cytarabine.The disease control efficiency and blood routine changes of the two groups were compared.Results 16 patients(80.00%)in the observation group had effective disease control,significantly more than 9 patients(45.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SPSS20.0 software system analysis showed that the blood routine level of patients in the two groups was significantly improved,and compared with the control group,the hemoglobin level and platelet count increased more significantly in the observation group,and the white blood cell level decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Desitabine is effective in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome.
