膝关节多发韧带损伤后的康复护理及临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析研究膝关节多发韧带损伤关节镜下修复与重建术后的康复护理措施及临床效果。方法选取本院2018年9月—2019年10月收治的46例膝关节韧带损伤修复患者进行此次研究,按照数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和观察组各23例。参照组实行一般护理干预,观察组实行术后康复护理干预,比较两组患者术后Mayo膝关节功能评分(MEPS)及视觉模拟评分(VAS)及膝关节伸曲范围。结果观察组患者术后MEPS评分(77.33±17.20)分、VAS评分(0.33±0.26)分及膝关节伸曲范围(84.16±9.84)度,参照组患者术后MEPS评分(89.12±19.11)分、VAS评分(1.25±0.49)分以及膝关节伸曲范围(104.27±14.55)度,观察组的各项评分均优于参照组,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后康复护理在膝关节多发韧带损伤患者中的应用,能够进一步强化患者的膝关节功能,提高患者的生活质量,促使患者的尽快恢复。Objective To study the rehabilitation nursing and clinical effect of the repair and reconstruction of the knee joint with multiple ligament injury.Methods 46 cases of knee joint ligament injury and repair were selected from September 2018 to October 2019.All patients were divided into reference group and observation group according to the digital table method.The general nursing intervention was performed in the reference group,and the postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention was performed in the observation group,and the postoperative mayo knee function score(MEPS)and the visual simulation score(VAS)and the extension range of the knee joint were compared between the two groups.Results MEPS score(77.33±17.20),VAS score(0.33±0.26)and knee extension range(84.16±9.84)in observation group,postoperative MEPS score(89.12±19.11),VAS score(1.25±0.49)and knee extension range(104.27±14.55).The scores of the observation group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postoperative rehabilitation nursing in the patients with multiple ligament injury of the knee joint can further strengthen the function of the knee joint of the patient and improve the life of the patients.The living quality can promote the recovery of the patient as soon as possible.
