摘　　要：运用SWOT-PEST分析方法,在政治、经济、社会、技术四种宏观条件下,对沂蒙山红色旅游带山地户外休闲运动旅游资源开发的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行交叉分析,结合沂蒙山红色旅游带山地户外休闲运动旅游资源开发的现状,构建沂蒙山红色旅游带山地户外休闲运动旅游资源开发矩阵,并提出针对性的发展策略。By using SWOT-PEST analysis, this paper under the macro-conditions that include P(Politics), E(Economy), S(Society) and T(Technology) four aspects, applying SWOT-PEST analytic methods to do cross-over analysis of resources development that refers to S(Strengths), W(Weaknesses), O(Opportunities) and T(Threats)four sides of mountainous-outdoor and leisure sports in Yimeng mountain red tourism belt. This study analyzes the existing circumstances of resources development to structure SWOT-PEST matrix of resources development about mountainous-outdoor and leisure sports in Yimeng mountain red tourism belt and puts forward targeted development strategies.
