摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法,将格林模式与健康行为生态学模型理论应用于大学生体质健康促进领域,对大学生体育生活方式现状及影响因素进行分析,并构建具有普适性的大学生体育锻炼习惯干预模式,从而为培养大学生体育锻炼习惯提供干预策略。By using the methods of document,questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the sports lifestyles and influence factors of undergraduates by applying the model theory of healthy behavior ecology to promote undergraduates’physical fitness.And this paper creates a theory model of undergraduates’sports lifestyles based on the Green Model Theory to provide intervention strategy for forming undergraduates’exercise habits.
