摘  要:通过对滤气片的形体分析,找出了滤气片形体上存在着影响模具结构的型孔、外观、变形和批量要素。在制订滤气片注射模结构可行性方案时,又充分考虑到要素对模具结构的影响。对于平行开闭模方向的型孔,采用了动模镶件的形式;对于垂直开闭模方向的型孔,采用了斜销滑块自动抽芯机构;再采用了顶杆设置在滤气片内型面上,而潜伏式点浇口设置在滤气片长侧面上的措施,确保了注塑件外观要求;而在成型6×Φ8 mm×26 mm型孔后的脱模时,则采用了推管脱模形式,避免了滤气片脱模时的变形。一模二腔的设置,可同时成型加工左右滤气片。以选取了高性能新型模具钢材和热处理工艺,提高了模具加工效率和寿命,达到了滤气片大批量顺利的加工。Through the analysis of the shape of the air filter piece,it is found that there are some factors affecting the mold structure,such as the hole,appearance,deformation and batch size.The influence of factors on the structure of the injection mold for the air filter is fully considered when the feasibility scheme of the injection mold structure for the filter piece is worked out.For the hole parallel to the direction of opening and closing molds,the form of moving mold insert is adopted;for the hole perpendicular to the direction of opening and closing molds,the inclined pin slider automatic core pulling mechanism is adopted;the ejector rod is set on the inner surface of the filter piece,and the latent point gate is set on the long side of the filter piece to ensure the appearance requirements of the injection molding parts;When the 6×¢8 mm×26 mmhole is formed,the ejector sleeve demoulding method is adopted to avoid the deformation of the filter piece during demoulding.One mold with two cavities can be used for forming the left and right filter pieces.The high-performance new mold steel and heat treatment process are selected to improve the processing efficiency and service life of the mold and achieve the smooth mass processing of the air filter piece.
