摘　　要：唐代是我国历史上经济文化各方面都空前繁荣的一个朝代,丝绸之路和全国交通的畅通以及相对稳定的政治环境,为商品流通提供了有利的客观条件,促进了商品经济发展,使大量掌握巨量财富的商人得以涌现。以商人为代表的民间资本,对唐代社会历史也产生了重要影响。The Tang Dynasty was a dynasty with unprecedented prosperity in all aspects of economy and culture in the history of our country.The smooth flow of the Silk Road and national traffic as well as the relatively stable political environment provided favorable objective conditions for the circulation of commodities,it helped develop the Commodity,enabling the emergence of a large number of businessmen with vast wealth.The non-governmental capital represented by businessmen also had an important influence on the social history of the Tang Dynasty.
