摘　　要：慢性咳嗽被定义为持续时间超过8周的咳嗽,是一个严重的医学问题,发病率很高.近年来,既往人们将“特发性咳嗽”或不明原因的咳嗽称为“咳嗽高敏综合征”,常因低水平的热、机械或化学接触等引起,研究表明异常的神经生理活动可能是该综合征的常见病因.本文就咳嗽高敏综合征的相关研究进展做一综述.Chronic cough,which is defined as cough lasting more than 8 weeks,is a serious medical problem with a high incidence.In recent years,people have been known as''idiopathic cough"or unexplained cough as"cough hypersensitivity syndrome",which often caused by low levels of heat,mechanical or chemical contact.Some studies have shown that abnonnal neurophysiological activity may be a common cause of it.In this paper,the related research progress of cough hypersensitivity syndrome is summarized as follows.
