摘  要:乙型肝炎是我国主要的公共卫生问题。核苷(酸)类似物和干扰素(IFN)两大类药物能够有效抑制HBV的复制,但由于不能彻底清除cccDNA,治疗效果仍不甚满意。IFNλ是新发现的一类细胞因子家族,通过激活Jak-STAT通路从而诱导抗病毒、抗增殖、抗肿瘤作用。近年来研究发现,IFNλ作为一种治疗手段及免疫学指标在乙型肝炎中具有重要意义,IFNλ可有效抑制HBV的复制,其基因多态性与乙型肝炎的预后及易感性密切相关,且IFNλ在乙型肝炎相关的肝细胞癌中也表现出一定的抗肿瘤活性,有望用于临床上乙型肝炎患者的辅助治疗。本文就目前IFNλ在乙型肝炎中的意义及相关研究进展进行阐述。Hepatitis B is a major public health problem in China.Nucleoside/nucleotide analogues and interferon(IFN)can effectively inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus,but the treatment effect is still not so effective because cccDNA cannot be completely removed.IFNλis a newly discovered family of cytokines that induces antiviral,antiproliferative and antitumor effects by activating the Jak-STAT pathway.Recent studies have found that IFNλis also of great significance in hepatitis B as a therapeutic agent and immunological indicator.IFNλcan effectively inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus,while the gene polymorphisms of IFNλare closely related to prognosis and susceptibility to hepatitis B;and IFNλalso shows a certain anti-tumor activity in hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma.IFNλis expected to be used as a clinical adjuvant treatment for patients with hepatitis B.This article describes the current research progress on IFNλin hepatitis B.
