摘　　要：心脏损伤是新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的重要并发症,但COVID-19对心脏的影响机制尚不完全明确。本文主要回顾了自COVID-19暴发以来严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)对心脏影响的相关文献,介绍了COVID-19对心脏影响的可能机制,并阐述了包括心律失常、急性心肌炎、心肌梗死、心力衰竭在内的COVID-19引起的心脏损伤表现,以为今后的临床诊疗提供参考。Heart injury is an important complication of COVID-19,but the mechanism of COVID-19 on heart is not completely clear.This paper mainly reviewed the literature on the effects of SARS-CoV-2 on the heart since the outbreak of COVID-19,introduced the possible mechanism of the effects of COVID-19 on the heart,and expounded the manifestations of cardiac injury caused by COVID-19,including arrhythmia,acute myocarditis,myocardial infarction and heart failure,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.
