摘  要:钢筋混凝土保护层厚度和达标率直接影响结构的使用寿命,而保护层厚度和达标率又取决于钢筋在混凝土中位置是否合理.本文对新型防水板钢筋综合台车的结构、功能、施工工艺和控制要点进行了阐述,并分析了台车存在的问题.针对隧道施工机械化、自动化、智能化发展的要求,对新型防水板钢筋综合台车钢筋定位卡具的调整方式进行了数字化升级.主要是采用位移控制器精准控制液压油缸的伸缩量,实现钢筋精确定位.数字化精准控制能够加快定位卡具的调整时间,提高钢筋安装质量和保护层均一稳定,具有广泛的推广应用价值.The service life of the steel reinforcement is directly related to the thickness and compliance rate of its concrete protective cover,while the thickness and the compliance rate of the protective layer is subject to the rationality of the loeation of the steel reinforcement in the concrete.In this paper,the structure,function,construction technology and control points of the new integrated waterproof board reinforced tolley were expounded,and some problems in the construction of integrated waterproof board reinforced trolley were analyzed in detail.In line with the requirements of mechanized,automatic and intelligent tunne!construction,the adjustment mode of the steel reinforcement positioning fixture for new integrated waterproof board reinforced tolleys was subject to digital upgrading.The expansion and contraction of the hydraulice oil cylinder was precisely controlled by the displacement controller,thereby precisely locating the steel reinforcement.Thanks to some of its own atributes(accelerating the adjustment of positioning fixture,improving the installation quality of steel reinforcement and the uniformity and stability of the protective cover),digitalized precise control is suitable for wide promotion and application.
