摘 要:松软地层中放坡开挖的地铁车站主体结构只完成一层施工,深基坑不具备回填的条件下近接深基坑进行盾构吊装作业难度大、风险高,常规吊装方法难以实施.针对软弱地基采用入岩钢管桩传力、钢管桩顶部铺设工字钢+钢筋混凝土板承载传力结构,基坑下部风化岩地层采用钢筋混凝土板地基,基坑上下各布置一台吊机,采用双机接力吊装的方法,完成软弱地基条件下盾构拆卸吊装施工,解决了近接深基坑进行盾构吊装的地基加固难题,保证了盾构吊装安全,降低了盾构吊装成本.The main structure of the subway station,which is excavated in the soft foundation,only one layer of construction is finished,and the deep foundation pit has not reached the backilling condition.Therefore,it is difcult and with high risk to cary out the shield hoisting operation close to the deep foundation pit,which makes the conventional lifting method ificult to implement.For the soft foundation,the force of the steel pipe pile into the rock is adopted,and the I-beam and reinforced concrete slabs are placed on the top of the steel pipe pile to carry the force transmission structure.The weathered rock stratum in the lower part of the foundation pit is made of reinforced concrete slab foundation,and one crane is arranged above and below the foundation pit.The double-machine relay hoisting method is adopted to complete the shield detaching and hoisting construction under the soft foundation condition,which solves the problem of foundation reinforcement for the shield hoisting of the deep foundation pit,ensures the safety of shield hoisting and reduces the hoisting cost of the shield.
