摘 要:探究了MPU/NBR共混胶在硫化过程和热氧老化过程中,橡胶模量变化对共混胶性能的影响。研究表明,MPU的硫化速度缓慢,而NBR的硫化速度相较于MPU快速,这种硫化特性的差异导致共混胶中MPU相的硫化受到抑制,力学性能出现MPU>NBR>30MPU/70NBR>70MPU/30NBR的现象。但是在后期热空气老化过程中,MPU相发生二次硫化,交联程度变大,共混胶性能逐渐呈现两相加和效果的趋势,即MPU>70MPU/30NBR>30MPU/70NBR>NBR。The effect of rubber modulus changes on the properties of MPU/NBR blended rubber during vulcanization and thermal oxygen aging was investigated.Studies have shown that the vulcanization speed of MPU is slow,and the vulcanization speed of NBR is faster than MPU.This difference in vulcanization characteristics leads to the inhibition of vulcanization of MPU phase in the blended rubber,and the mechanical properties appear phenomenon of MPU>NBR>30MPU/70NBR>70MPU/30NBR.However,the MPU phase undergoes secondary vulcanization during the later hot air aging process,and the degree of crosslinking becomes greater.The performance of the blended rubber gradually shows the trend of the twoadditive effect,showing that MPU>70MPU/30NBR>30MPU/70NBR>NBR.
