摘　　要：随着轮胎行业的竞争日益加剧,为了降低公司的生产成本,提升公司的竞争力,浦林成山(山东)轮胎有限公司对轮胎成型机反包胶囊的硫化装置进行了进一步的研发改造。该硫化装置采用高压补偿原理,提高了反包胶囊的质密度,延长了反包胶囊的使用寿命,经过实际生产测试后,取得预期效果,产生了良好的经济效益和应用前景。As the competition in the tire industry is intensifying,in order to reduce the company's production costs and enhance the company's competitiveness,Prinx Chengshan has carried out further research and development and transformation on the vulcanization device of the turn up capsule of the tire building machine.The vulcanization device adopts the principle of high-pressure compensation,which improves the mass density of the turn up capsule and extends the service life of the turn up capsule.After the actual production test,the expected results were achieved,which produced good economic benefits and application prospects.
