摘　　要：为解决航运安全相关管理人员对初生热带气旋监测和预警信息进行了解、分辨、选择和使用时存在的困惑,以便使其提前了解初生热带气旋的生成动态,保障船舶在航行和作业的安全性,针对目前可供航运安全管理人员使用的初生热带气旋监测和预警信息比较缺乏和杂乱的情况,在对多个专业气象机构发布的各种西太平洋热带气旋监测和预警信息进行分析和比较的基础上,推荐可供非气象专业的航运安全相关管理人员快速有效地了解西太平洋初生热带气旋生成动态的网站,并给出应用流程和应用实例。该研究结果可为进一步研发专供航运安全相关管理人员使用的初生热带气旋监测和预警系统提供参考。A variety of tropical cyclone monitoring and warning information for the Northwest Pacific Ocean issued by professional meteorological organizations are analyzed and compared to help navigation safety workers understand the information and make right choices.A few websites that may be helpful for maritime safety administrators other than meteorological experts to quickly and effectively understand the status of tropical cyclone generation in the Northwest Pacific are recommended.The workflow applying the information presented on the sites is explained with an example.The study may be a reference for tropical cyclone monitoring and early warning system developed for maritime safety administrators.
