摘　　要：目的 :改进复方玉芩胶囊中橙皮苷的薄层层析鉴别方法。方法 :对橙皮苷鉴别中供试品溶液的制备、展开剂及展开条件进行了改进。结果 :改进后的方法能清晰地检测到样品中的橙皮苷特征斑点,分离度好,无干扰。结论 :改进的薄层层析鉴别方法操作简便、安全、专属性强,符合质量控制要求,可用于复方玉芩胶囊的薄层层析鉴别。Objective: To improve a method for the identification of hesperidin in Fufangyuqin capsule by thin layer chromatography. Methods: The preparation of test solution and the developing agent and conditions were improved. Results: The characteristic spots of hesperidin in the sample could be clearly detected by the improved method with good resolution and no interference. Conclusion: This method is simple and safe, has strong specificity, can meet the quality control requirements and be used as a new method for the thin-layer identification of hesperidin in Fufangyuqin capsule.
