摘  要:由于以往配注系统管径选取计算过程中流变参数过于单一,造成管径选取不够精细。通过室内实验,对大庆油田在用的中低分子量抗盐、低分子(非抗盐)、1 200~1 600万中分子量(非抗盐)、1 600~1 900万高分子量(非抗盐)、2 500万超高分子量抗盐、3 500万超高分子量抗盐6种油田常用聚合物进行了室内配制,采用MCR301流变仪对不同类型、不同浓度(1 000~7 000 mg/L)聚合物溶液的流变性进行了测试,拟合出不同条件下的稠度系数和流变指数,为配注系统的管径计算提供了基础参数。以配注系统常用参数模拟一条新建管道,利用细化后的参数与原参数分别进行了管道模拟计算,与原参数相比,流变参数细化可以使管径选取更加精细,降低地面管道投资。In the past,the rheological parameters lacked variety in the calculation of the diameter selection of the injection and allocation system,which resulted in the diameter selection of the injection and allocation system was not precise enough.Through the laboratory experiments,six kinds of common polymers used in Daqing Oilfield,namely middle and low molecular weight salt resistant,low molecular(non-salt resistant),12 to 16 million middle molecular weight(non-salt resistant),16-19 million high molecular weight(non salt resistant),25 million ultra-high molecular weight salt resistant,and 35 million ultra-high grade salt resistant,are prepared in the laboratory.The rheological properties of the polymer solutions with different types and concentrations(1000 to 7000 mg/L)are tested by MCR301 rheometer.The viscosity coefficient and rheological index under different conditions are fitted out,which provide basic parameters for the diameter calculation of the injection and allocation system.A new pipeline is simulated by common parameters of the injection and allocation system,and the refined parameters and original parameters are both used to simulate the pipeline.Compared with the original parameters,the refinement of rheological parameters can make the selection of pipe diameter more precise and reduce the investment of surface pipeline.
