轻质原油中H2S脱除药剂方案研究与应用

摘　　要：油井凝液中的H2S如果不进行处理,不仅腐蚀站场容器设施,而且最终会挥发到大气中,存在环保风险。为此,研究采用物理吸附法和化学吸附法的联合方法制成脱硫药剂,该药剂为水基药剂,既溶于水,又能充分溶于油,既能对油水中的H2S产生吸附,又能和H2S反应,从而去除含水轻质原油中的H2S。在对装有含H2S介质的储罐进口加入脱硫药剂后,通过检测H2S脱除效果明显,油样中H2S质量浓度由脱硫前的95 mg/L以上降低到6 mg/L以下,H2S脱除率达到94%以上,脱硫后油品挥发气中已闻不到H2S气味;脱硫药剂在脱硫过程中不会加剧油品的乳化,没有固态物质析出,不会对油品物性造成影响。If the H2S in the oil well condensate is not treated,it will not only corrode the station container facilities,but also eventually evaporate into the atmosphere and trigger environmental risk.Therefore,the combination of physical adsorption method and chemical adsorption method is used to produce a desulfurization agent,which is water-based and not only dissolve in water,but also dissolve in oil.The agent can not only absorb H2S in oil and water,but also react with H2S,so as to remove H2S in water-containing light crude oil.After adding the desulfurization agent into the entrance of a storage tank containing H2S as a medium,there has an obvious effect of removing H2S through testing.The H2S content in the oil sample reduces from more than 95 mg/L before desulfurization to below 6 mg/L,and the H2S removal rate is above 94%.There is no smell of H2S gas from the oil products after desulfurization.The desulfurizer will not aggravate the emulsification of the oil products in the desulfurization process,and nothing solid will release and affect the oil physical property.
