摘  要:目的通过增加年轻消瘦的脆性1型糖尿病患者的饮食量观察其对血糖波动的影响。方法对30例年龄<30岁、BMI<18.5 kg/m^2脆性1型糖尿病患者先后进行糖尿病饮食及饱餐饮食治疗,采用CGMS监测血糖,观察增加饮食前后患者的血糖波动及控制情况。结果与糖尿病饮食相比较,饱餐饮食2周后,SDBG、MAGE、LAGE、MBG及MODD、PT10.0和PT3.9均下降(P<0.05),血糖达标率大幅改善(P<0.05),BMI有所增加(P<0.05)。继续饱餐治疗至3个月,与饱餐治疗2周时相比,BMI继续增加(P<0.05),但血糖的波动情况未见改善(P>0.05),血糖达标率维持之前的水平(P>0.05)。结论通过增加年轻消瘦的脆性1型糖尿病患者的饮食量可有效控制血糖,改善血糖的波动。Objective To observe its effect on blood glucose fluctuations by increasing the diet of young,wasting,fragile type 1 diabetic patients.Methods Thirty fragile type 1 diabetes patients with age<30 years old and BMI<18.5 kg/m2 were successively treated with diabetes and full diet.CGMS was used to monitor blood glucose,and blood glucose fluctuations and control were observed before and after increasing diet.Results Compared with those of the diabetic diet,SDBG,MAGE,LAGE,MBG and MODD,PT10.0 and PT3.9 all decreased after full diet for 2 weeks(P<0.05),and the blood glucose compliance rate improved significantly(P<0.05).There was an increase in BMI(P<0.05).After continued full treatment for 3 months,BMI continued to increase compared with that of the full diet for 2 weeks(P<0.05),but blood glucose fluctuations did not improve(P>0.05).And the blood glucose compliance rate was maintained before the level(P>0.05).Conclusion By increasing the diet of young patients with fragile type 1 diabetes,blood sugar can be effectively controlled and blood glucose fluctuations can be improved.
