摘　　要：目的本研究旨在观察我院研制的东方生津加味汤对头颈肿瘤放疗放射性口干症影响、口干程度变化与涎腺体积、血流动力学变化相关性。方法收集在我院接受放化疗的头颈肿瘤120例,排除不符合标准者,应用我院中医科研制自配剂型,针对头颈肿瘤放疗涎腺损伤放射性口干症进行临床应用疗效观察。结果 2组治疗效果及实验室检查方面均具有显著性差异(P <0.05)结论本项临床研究证实东方生津加味汤疗效确切,具有良好的社会效益及经济效益,临床应用前景美好。Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the influence of Dongfang Shengjin Jiawei decoction on radiation-induced xerostomia of head and neck tumor, the correlation between the degree of xerostomia and salivary gland volume and hemodynamic changes. Methods 120 cases of head and neck tumor who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital were collected, and those who did not meet the standard were excluded, The clinical effect of radiotherapy for head and neck tumors and radiation xerostomia caused by salivary gland injury was observed by using the self-dosage form developed by the department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital. Results There was significant difference in the therapeutic effect and laboratory examination between the two groups. Conclusion This clinical study confirmed that Dongfang Shengjin Jiawei decoction has definite curative effect, good social and economic benefits, and good clinical application prospects.
