摘　　要：目的探讨清肝泻火法推拿治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征(气郁化火型)的临床疗效。方法选取小儿抽动-秽语综合征(气郁化火型)患者72例,采用清肝泻火法推拿治疗,观察治疗效果。结果临床控制9例,控制率12.5%;临床显效46例,显效率63.9%;临床好转15例,好转率20.8%;无效2例(2.8%)。结论清肝泻火法推拿治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征(气郁化火型)临床有效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of clearing liver-fire massage in the treatment of Tourette syndrome in children.Methods 72 cases of children with Tourette syndrome were selected.They were treated with clearing liver-fire massage.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results 9 cases were controllably clinical effective,and the controllably effective rate was 12.5%,46 cases were markedly clinical effective,and the markedly effective rate was 63.9%,15 cases were clinically improved and the improvement rate was 20.8%,and 2 cases(2.8%)was invalid.Conclusion The clinical effect of clearing liver-fire massage in the treatment of Tourette syndrome in children is significant.
