桃红饮加味联合针刺治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究桃红饮加味联合针刺治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及对ESR、CRP、免疫功能的影响。方法纳入2017年5月—2019年3月接诊的76例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究样本,将其依据随机数字表法均分为试验组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),其中对照组给予桃红饮加味,试验组在此基础上联合针刺疗法进行治疗,于治疗前后监测两组患者ESR、CRP等炎性指标、免疫功能及临床疗效并对比分析。结果试验组患者治疗后炎性指标水平明显优于对照组(P <0.05);试验组患者治疗后免疫功能明显高于对照组(P <0.05);对照组患者总有效率为31.58%,明显低于试验组患者总有效率89.47%(P <0.05)。结论针对类风湿性关节炎患者实施桃红饮加味联合针刺治疗可有效促进患者预后康复进程,维持机体ESR、CRP等炎性指标水平稳定,提高其免疫功能恢复。Objective To explore the efficacy of Taohong drink combined with acupuncture in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and its effect on ESR,CRP and immune function.Methods Seventy-six patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were included in the study.They were divided into experimental group(n=38)and control group according to random number table method.(n=38),in which the control group was treated with Taohong drink,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of this.The inflammatory indexes,immune function and clinical efficacy of ESR and CRP were compared before and after treatment.Results The inflammatory index level of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The immune function of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 31.58%,which was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(89.47%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Taohong drink combined with acupuncture treatment for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively promote the prognosis of patients,maintain the stable levels of inflammatory markers such as ESR and CRP,and improve the recovery of immune function.
