电针联合增液承气汤治疗气虚津伤型功能性便秘1例

摘　　要：功能性便秘与多方面因素相关,随着社会、环境、饮食等结构改变,其发病率逐渐增高并严重影响日常生活,甚至引起精神、心理疾病,而目前对于该病的治疗研究多样化,为了探寻方便长久有效的治疗方法以缓解病患痛苦,提高生活质量,通过对临床本例便秘患者辨证论治及分析,运用电针配合中药,对证治疗后取得显著疗效。Functional constipation is associated with several factors,along with the change of society,environment and diet structure.While the incidence increased gradually and seriously affected the daily life,and even cause mental disease,but the treatment of the disease is of diversification.In order to explore the method of treatment which can be convenient,long effective and alleviate the suffering of patients,improve the quality of life,we use acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine through the treatment and analysis of clinical cases of the patients with constipation syndrome differentiation.Electroacupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable curative effect for corresponding syndromes.
