血府逐瘀汤合并针刺治疗心脏神经官能症的体会

摘　　要：随着工作生活压力增大,心脏神经官能症的患病率逐年上升,笔者研究古代医家著作中对于"气血致病"的理论后,将血府逐瘀汤的治疗范围与现代医学定义下的心脏神经官能症相对照,发现血府逐瘀汤适用于心脏神经官能症的治疗。笔者在临床上使用针药并用的方案治疗心脏神经官能症患者,研究血府逐瘀汤合并针灸疗法在临床的具体应用的合理性和先进性后发现,该疗法在处理因"气血致病"的心脏神经官能症患者时,疗效显著,具有临床可推广的实际意义。With the increase of work and life pressure,the prevalence of cardiac neurosis increases year by year.After studying the theory of"qi and blood pathogenesis"in ancient medical works,the author compares the treatment range of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with that of cardiac neurosis defined by modern medicine,and finds that Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is suitable for the treatment of cardiac neurosis.The author used acupuncture and medicine to treat patients with cardiac neurosis.After studying the rationality and advanced nature of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in clinical application,it was found that the treatment is effective in the treatment of patients with cardiac neurosis caused by"qi and blood".It has obvious curative effect and practical significance of clinical popularization.
