摘　　要：探讨在泌尿系结石患者中开展中医循证护理的应用体会。通过中医循证护理理念将以往的护理资料与患者的实际需求相结合,总结出引起泌尿系结石疼痛的原因,根据患者的症状及时、有效地采取中医中药方法控制疼痛,可以减轻患者的痛苦,帮助患者克服焦虑、恐惧、不安等不良心理,降低了泌尿系结石疼痛的发生率,提高患者满意度及对医务人员信任度,提高了护理人员的成就感。The application of evidence-based nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with urinary calculi was discussed.Through the concept of evidence-based nursing of TCM will ever care data combined with the patient's actual demand,sums up the causes of urinary calculi pain,according to the symptoms of patients with timely and effectively take traditional Chinese medicine method to control pain,can relieve the pain of patients,help patients overcome anxiety,fear,anxiety and other adverse psychological,reduce the incidence of urinary calculi pain,improve patient's satisfaction and trust to the medical personnel,improve the nurses'sense of accomplishment.
