医院合理使用中药注射剂的监管模式

摘　　要：目的加强医院使用中药注射剂的管理,提高中药注射剂临床应用的安全性、合理性。方法对2018年1月-2018年9月住院患者应用中药注射剂进行用药合理性及安全性监测,对不合理用药现象进行干预。结果我院中药注射剂使用比例从57%下降到53%,中药注射剂使用合理性从96.3%提高到98.2%。结论通过开展中药注射剂专项点评,药师反馈,学习培训,加强了医院对中药注射剂使用的监管,提高了中药注射剂临床使用的合理性,保证用药安全。Objective To strengthen the management of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in hospitals and to improve the safety and rationality of the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods From January 2018 to September 2018,the rationality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections were monitored and the phenomenon of irrational drug use was intervened.Results The proportion of traditional Chinese medicine injections used in our hospital decreased from 57%to 53%,and the rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injections increased from 96.3%to 98.2%.Conclusion Through targeted comments,feedback from pharmacists and training,the supervision of the use of TCM injections in hospitals has been strengthened,the rationality of clinical use of TCM injections has been improved,and the safety of drug use has been guaranteed.
