摘　　要：《1861-1863年经济学手稿》是马克思为《资本论》所写的第二部手稿,在其中蕴含有大量的经济伦理思想。从对中国经济伦理学学科体系构建的视角看,这一手稿经济伦理思想的当代价值主要表征在以下三个方面:一是为建构中国经济伦理学的学科体系提供基础理论;二是为建构中国经济伦理学的学科体系提供范畴体系;三是为建构中国经济伦理学的学科体系提供研究方法。1861-1863 economic manuscript is the second manuscript written by Marx for capital,which contains a lot of economic ethics thoughts.From the perspective of the construction of China's economic ethics discipline system,the contemporary value of this manuscript's economic ethics thought is mainly represented in the following three aspects:one is to provide basic theory for the construction of China's economic ethics discipline system;two is to provide category system for the construction of China's economic ethics discipline system;three is to provide research for the construction of China's economic ethics discipline system Method.
